How to Search Data

Data can be download individually, or in bulk.

Text-based logs and individual media files can be exported directly from your portal.

Text-based logs including things like call logs, emails, SMS, etc. can be downloaded using the Search Tool which appears on the top of most pages.

Most individual media files such as Call Recordings and Ambient Recordings can be downloaded using the download icon.

Note: Depending on your computer settings, the Download button may not work.

If this is the case, to download the file, simply right click on the download button, and select 'Save link as'

Images can be downloaded by right-clicking on the image and choosing 'save as'. Samples of these can be seen below.
